This hanging suet feeder is handcrafted out of Maine pine. It holds one standard size suet cake. Below the suet is a "tail prop" this aids the woodpecker, with the use of his tail, in balancing while feeding.

You will be attracting Woodpeckers, Chickadee's, and Nuthatch on this feeder. Partially stained red, then given an application of waterproofer/sealer, you and many birds will enjoy this feeder for years.

Try making your own bird suet recipes, I have found birds much prefer the homemade suet cakes.
